Situation

In marketing and acquisition teams, the campaign process often spans multiple systems: loose documents in SharePoint, PowerPoint for proposals, external tools for image generation and separate environments for copywriting. This leads to manual copying, version problems and limited scalability.

As a result, campaigns take unnecessarily long, while the strategic focus should be on positioning and content.

Challenge

At The Hague & Partners, the city marketing agency of The Hague, a need arose to fundamentally restructure this process: not yet another standalone AI tool, but an integrated workflow within the existing Microsoft infrastructure.

The challenge was to speed up the campaign process without stepping outside their own, tightly configured and compliance-sensitive IT environment.

Solution

We built an AI workflow that fully integrates with the existing Microsoft environment. Authentication runs via Microsoft Entra (Single Sign-On), data is securely read from and written to SharePoint, and CRM data is used directly in the campaign flow. This creates one platform that guides the entire campaign process, from quote to live content, without switching systems.

Login and data integration run securely via Microsoft Entra and SharePoint: users log in through Entra, so the permission structure and governance are preserved, and documents are read directly from SharePoint and written back, including version control. Everything stays within the existing IT architecture and compliance frameworks.

The application covers the whole process in one environment: from drafting quotes based on emails, generating campaign visuals in line with the brand guidelines and automatically building PowerPoint slides, to writing and optimising copy. All steps are logically linked, so the team never has to start over again.

Result

Because data is reused instead of re-entered, lead times shorten, errors drop and consistency in communication improves.

The result is a scalable, AI-supported workflow that raises productivity and increases strategic impact. The campaign process now runs end to end through one platform, entirely within the existing Microsoft and compliance frameworks.
